Return policy
This policy covers physical goods shipped from the Honesdale studio. Digital drafts or free web experiences do not require returns.
Eligible items
Unused notebooks and pads in their original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery unless a product page states a different window. Custom imprint orders are reviewed case by case because they cannot always be resold.
How to start a return
Email the studio with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. The team replies with the next step, which may include a prepaid label when the studio is responsible for the error.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Banks may need several business days to display the credit. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to mis-shipment or a defective item confirmed by the studio.
Exchanges
If stock allows, you may request an exchange for another item of equal price. When prices differ, the desk sends a simple invoice or credit note to settle the balance.
